Jetson Nano SOM bring up

Hi,
I was checking Jetson Nano SOM adaptation and bring up method.
In that I took default pinmux xlsm file which is provided by NVIDIA for nano development board.
In this while updating device tree image I rebuild device tree image.
While doing this I got an error.
Please check the attached error log and guide me on this.

Please make sure you are using the correct toolchain mentioned in the developer guide.
