This is my dmesg print. The carrier board is custom board. The jetson nx can detect usb1-3,but the nano can not detect. In the official board, nano can detect it.

Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

could you help to check which the problem may be?

Hi,
The Jetson Nano and Xavier NX modules are not pin-to-pin compatible, so this is possible. Please check product design guide to make sure the pins are precisely matched first.
