Jetson nx audio speaker problem

Hi,
I am trying to connect Jetson NX with usb-speaker, but It doesn’t work properly.
I mean, sometimes I can hear that sound, but sometimes I can’t or breaking up.
Even when I command lsusb, I can see my audio device doesn’t exit in the list.
So I changed the speaker with others, but the result was same.

Could you give me any answer with my audio problem?

We have tried the device and don’t hit the issue:
USB microphone on Jetson Nano - #2 by DaneLLL

Do you see any error in dmesg when the issue happens?
