Actually, we don’t know. No experience with this JMB582 and you didn’t provide any useful log yet.

Maybe you can check with the SATA vendor if their firmware is the latest version.

Also, do the same thing as this post do to enable more log.

AGX Xavier Module Can not boot normally

Please go to your (on host) Linux_for_Tegra/rootfs/extlinux/extlinux.conf and remove the “quiet” inside it and directly use flash.sh to flash. And share the log again. You can follow the quick start guide here. Linux_for_Tegra is already installed by sdkmanager on ~/nvidia/.
