I put in on a recovery mode (holding the middle button with two rotating arrows, then turn it on with holding of three seconds to the recovery mode button then release the recovery button) the sdkmanager able to see it, I can reflash it again but nothing is going forward. any help in this ? THank you
Hi,
If the device cannot be flashed/booted, please refer to the page to get uart log from the device:
Jetson/General debug - eLinux.org
And get logs of host PC and Jetson device for reference. If you are using custom board, you can compare uart log of developer kit and custom board to get more information.
Also please check FAQs:
Jetson AGX Orin FAQ
If possible, we would suggest follow quick start in developer guide to re-flash the system:
Quick Start — NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide 1 documentation
And see if the issue still persists on a clean-flashed system.
Thanks!
Is this still an issue to support? Any result can be shared?
I had Tried using the sdkmanager the JetPack 6.2, 6.1, 5.1.5 all gave me the same result, after the flashing process done where I suppose to see something on the monitor, I got nothing, black screen. What is your suggestion?
Hi,
After put the device in recovery mode, Please follow the Quick Start — NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide 1 documentation to check whether device in recovery mode.
