Jetson Orin devkit PCIE 005 and Camera expansion port not working together

I am trying to use an SSD expansion card (https://www.highpoint-tech.com/nvme2/ssd7202) on the Orin devkit’s big PCIE port on the side with the Camera expansion port connected to a leopard imaging 8cam board.
The PCIE card works perfectly fine with the Jetpack 5.0.2 by itself.
It stops working as soon as I boot the Orin with both the PCIE card and the Leopard Imaging 8cam board connected to the camera expansion port.

The fan on the PCIE card stops midway through the boot process which means that something is disabling that port due to some conflict.
Can someone help here?

could you try to test on jp5.1.2? Jp5.0.2 is quite old BSP that has many bugs.
