Jetson Orin first boot has no response

I connected monitor, keyboard, and mouse but first boot doesn’t show anything on the screen. I then tried headless setup by connecting usb to my laptop. I don’t see serial port show up but there is “APX” device show up in “Other devices” category. The hardware ids shows the following:

USB\VID_0955&PID_7023&REV_0401
USB\VID_0955&PID_7023

I also tried force recovery still same. Is my Orin board having issue?

Please refer to Getting Started with Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit | NVIDIA Developer to check if you have followed all steps, but still not working.

If you left the display cable plugged in with your headless setup might have this problem.
