Jetson orin nano buck_3v3_en is low always

Hi all,
A custom carrier card is developed for jetson orin nano and MCU is flashed with the EFM8SB1OF2G.HEX file downloaded form jetson download centre (P3737_P2822_P3509_POWER?_BUTTON_FIRMWARE_V011). We observed the VIM_POWER_ON and POWER_EN signals are high. Voltage going to the GPU is 5.3V and GPU set the sys_rst_n pin to high. This signal is given to level shifter but the output is always low. Not able to find the issue.

found the issue buck_en_3v3 signal going to mosfet for discharging is not soldered properly gate is gorunded. Thats why reset_n is always showing zero.
