Jetson Orin Nano Dev Kit cannot communicate with RTK GPS

I am trying to interface Ublox RTK GPS on Orin Nano with ROS2. I get the following error where the device port resets everytime after starting communication.

It seems like a communication problem with Orin.

What would be the a fix for this?

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.

For information which interface does it connect to Orin Nano? Is it UART or USB?
