Jetson Orin Nano Dev Kit: Issues Booting from MicroSD

Good morning, I recently purchased a Jetson Orin Nano Dev Kit, and I am experiencing issues booting the system after flashing a 128 GB Lexar MicroSD. Despite following the steps in the user manual, I am still unable to install the OS. The problems seem related to the flashing process of the MicroSD. Using Balena Etcher gives me an error, so I tried Rufus, and while it appears to install correctly, it creates several unwanted partitions.

When I insert the SD into the dev kit, the NVIDIA logo appears on the screen, but after that, the system stops sending information—or at least no information that the screen can display. The device remains powered on but shows nothing.

Thank you.

Have you tried using sdkmanager to burn it on to an NVMe. At 128 gb you would be much better off with NVMe instead of SD. It will boot directly from NVMe.

I use the rpi-imager to burn the image, just go into custom and select the image from your download directory. It works fine with a 64gb like they recommend.
