I am using rel-35.6, and after downloading, the file I got is Jetson_Linux_R35.6.0_aarch64.tbz2. When trying to flash using BalenaEtcher, the .tbz2 file cannot be found. I then extracted the file and compressed it into a ZIP file. I use os windows for flash.
When I opened the ZIP file in BalenaEtcher, it appeared, but an error occurred.

We officially recommend using Ubuntu 20.04 on a host PC and downloading SDK manager to flash. Based on the log you provided, it appears you may have downloaded an incorrect image.
