Does Orin nano have some limited internal memory? Is it so how much memory it has? If not , how’ll do our first boot?

Orin series have internal QSPI for essential partitions. The partitions in QSPI cannot be arbitrarily accessed. For Orin Nano/Orin NX, you would need to have external storage storing rootfs(APP partition).
I wanted to check ,how booting process will be done. Since Orin Nano doesn’t have internal memory, how does it perform the initial boot process, does it have any flash storage on it? if so how much internal storage does it have?
