My order via Seeed Studio also has not yet arrived (ordered 18th December 2024). It still has May 6th as estimated dispatch date which is promising as it has not been this close (2 days) before - previously the dispatch date would “slip” when a couple of weeks away. But as mentioned elsewhere I shall be getting out of this madness and cancelling if that May 6th changes yet again.

Who is “they”, is it internet BS or some one that is on the Nvidia payroll and can speak for the company? Seems like plenty of BS is going on with the supply side. Its trully shocking how ebay arbitrage players can get these boards, this really smells.

Update on my fiasco - ordered Dec 18th day after release. After May 6th came and went I once again contacted Seeed and this time they did email back but it looked somewhat a template cut n paste response saying that they were now hoping to dispatch by the end of May. A couple of days after and the May 6th expected dispatch has vanished so now there is once again no dates on the order. So will give it until the end of the month having come this far before cancelling but that is the final date for me. The big fear this far from launch date is that there will be an updated/upgraded version at similar price point available in the near future.
Further update! Looking at the order I note that the Cancel button had vanished then noticed that the order was in the “Shipped” column! Looks like there might be signs of hope - although the “track” button does nothing. Perhaps that will get populated at some point.
Further update - tracking number provided but although Seeed order is in the Shipped column, Fedex are still waiting for the parcel.
Well, it does need an upgrade.
The 40 pin header gpio is useless unless you add a line driver to it, that is trivial compared to the lack of RAM. You cannot train anything on this board. That is a limiting factor if you need a total solution.
What really smells bad is how so many are being sold on ebay at an inflated price. Those sellers did not 3d print those boards in their basements. This is also not an easy board and module to produce so sources for the board are limited. All the fingers can be pointed in their direction for this going on.

Just wanted to share my experience…
Ordered my Dev kit back in Jan 6, 2025 through seeedstudio I’ve reached out to their customer support a couple of times and they keep pushing out their inventory issue date it went from end of May to June.
their response
" Due to unexpected inventory shortages, The inventory issue is expected to be resolved in June .
As our operations are currently affected by the high tariff policies in the United States, we may need to temporarily suspend shipments to the U.S. This could potentially extend the estimated shipping time for your order further.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. If the extended timeline no longer works for you, we completely understand and are happy to process a refund upon your request."
The tariffs were not in place back in December, so what is the issue? When they bring up the tariffs * them, my company has been attacked for MANY years by others selling for retail what the raw materials cost for our products. Its pretty obvious when you see items sold on amazon prime for $3.99, the fees charged to USA based sellers are at least $3.99, that does not include the transportation. So much more smells with what is going on. That is just one example that is such a blatant attack on USA based vendors it is obvious to all.
This is a terrible experience!
I still haven’t received the Jetson Orin Nano Super that I ordered on January 26, 2025 from Seeed Studio.
No further news! No! Always No! Why?
A tracking number appeared and today 20th May 2025 just over 5 months from order - it arrived! I am not sure at this stage whether I will be using the Nano for its original intended use as I have taken a different path on that POC already.
I ordered mine from fr.rs-online.com on January 6th, but the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Today, the new “estimated” delivery date is July 7th. What a joke.
Update from my post a couple of days ago I received an update that they are preparing to ship the dev kit. it went from “pending” to “Traceable” and provided a tracking number, just as a reminder I ordered my Dev Kit back in Jan 6, 2025
