Jetson Orin no longer boots

My Jetson Orin no longer boots. When I go into the bios/setup screen it shows 0MB memory, but when I attempt to boot, I just see the nvidia screen then when I hit enter to initiate the boot or let it time out in 5 seconds, the screen just goes blank and there is nothing ever emitted on the screen. I think this is a hardware issue and I likely need to RMA my orin for another. Any other way to diagnose this? Or should I ask for an RMA to be opened?

Also do you try to reflash your orin nano again?
