We have an Orin NX module that will no longer complete the boot process. We have tested other modules in the carrier board and have determined the carrier board is not the issue. We have plugged this module into other carrier boards and have determined that the module is the problem. We have also tried to reflash the module using SDK Manager and the USB does not come up.
Our conclusion is that the module has failed. How do I RMA?
Yes. Been there done that. The agent send me back here to post to the forum. I’ve never seen an RMA process work this way, but I’m trying to follow Nvidia’s instructions…
There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue anymore.
