Jetson orin nx 8g vl805 crash issue

Hello Jetson team.
I am working with a Jetson orin nx 8g custom carrier board which connected to a vl805 via PCIE2(C7).
My software version is R36.3.0.

And I encountered with a stability problem after I plugin a u-disk(usb2.0 or 3.0).

Here is the detail kernel log of this problem:
My hardware states: System boot up with a u-disk connected to vl805.

After kernel output the log which pointed out by the red arrow. The system seems to be blocked and I can’t do anything with it.

If the systemc is booted up without any u-disk plugin, the system works fine.

I already post this issue to fae of vl805. They advice us to disable the IOV of pcie. I made it by following the topic I posted before. But the problem is still there.

Do you have any idea about this problem?

Such issue requires the help from the device vendor.

I did what device vendor adviced but the problem is still there.
We did lots of test work and tried to fix it.
In the end, we give up the design with vl805.
