Jetson Orin NX not mounting issue while boot

I have a Jetson Orin NX 16GB device. I’ve flashed it. After that when I try to open orin, this comes up while boot,

Even though the NVMe is inserted to Orin device, it cannot mount and opens in bash. I cannot boot the device normally. How can I solve this?

Get back to the normal boot mode like this:

Thanks for your reply.

I did what you said, I choose normal for OS chain A status, save and exit. But after reboot this problem comes up. Still can’t boot normal I guess. After reboot, OS Chain Status automatically changes to Unbootable again.

Currently, I am encountering different errors. After some reboots, I get this error. Other times, the issue with OTA appears.

Has this NVMe disk ever worked before?

Yes, it was working. I was using it on Xavier NX before and there were no problems with the NVME

Did you re-flash it before putting it on an Orin NX board?

Sure, of course. First, I have flashed with the Image specific to the Orin and then connected it.

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.
Hence we are closing this topic. If need further support, please open a new one.
Thanks

Can you please put the flashing log here?
