Jetson orin started with an error after running for a while: Failed to start End-user configuration after initial OEM installation

We used Jetson orin NX and a custom carrier board, but after running it at the customer site for some time, it couldn’t start, and the log showed an error:Failed to start End-user configuration after initial OEM installation.

There is only one photo and no way to get more information

Why does the oem-config service suddenly start? Why does the system fail to start when starting the oem-config service? I have called the tools/l4t_create_default_user.sh script during compilation, and the oem-config service will not start when starting normally

Please check if you can login through UART console and see which version the system is:

$ cat /etc/nv_tegra_release

The SDK I am using is R36.3.0,It is not convenient to connect the UART console on site

Would suggest check if you can enable UART console and try the commands:
Flashing Support — NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide

If not, the only way may be to re-flash the system.
