Jetson Orin's exact part number for repair

My Jetson Orin has one part burnt out, there are 2 identical IC parts on the left upper corner just above “RTC BATT” white print, the chip is 8X8, with print like “YE08 TI 16K CNJ8” on it. does anyone know the exact part number for that chip so I can fix my carrier board? Thanks in advance!
