Jetson power cycling - should it be cycled?

Hi all,
We are using a Jetson Nano for edge inference, and soon are upgrading to an Xavier NX. Question for those “in the know” - we are equipping our systems with Netbooters that will allow us to cycle power daily.

Is this a good idea with the Jetson SBC’s?

Will it do any good? (clearing memory from leaks, etc…) or will it do any harm?

Have heard some instances of SD card corruption from power cycling but we’re booting from SSD’s.
