I’m working on a design for the Thor that needs to be operated as efficiently as possible.
Are there any details regarding the efficiency of the DC/DC converters powered from the SYS_VIN_HV rail?
Ideally I would like to know if there are any graphs showing the conversion efficiency at different loads at different input voltages.

Do not have details to share, however, all the onboard voltage regulators on Jetson Thor module are highly efficient. What is your concern? You could characterize and optimize the power consumption at the system level based on your use case.
My intention is to supply the Jetson Thor with a voltage that will place the DC/DC regulators at their peak operating efficiency.
Efficiency of onboard voltage regulators is fairly constant over the operating voltage range for the Jetson Thor Module (7V to 20V), slightly better at lower end.
