Jetson Thor PCIe SI test

Hi

We are running the PCIe TX SI test, but no signal generate from Thor when connect test fixture. Do we need other PCIe SI test command or tool can into PCIe compliance test mode?

Extra patch to disable power down and SSC are needed.

after applying these, run

cat /sys/kernel/debug/bpmp/debug/pcie/enable_compliancy

would like to know where to apply 4c85b37.diff??

can not find pcie-common.dtsi in JP7.2.1

That is bpmp dtb but not kernel dtb.
