Jetson TK1 - Any Linux software that makes use of Cuda parallel processing?

Is there currently any Linux software that can take advantage of parallel programming using TK1’s Cuda cores?

Since CUDA has been out since 2006, there is a large amount of existing CUDA libraries and code that now run on Tegra K1.

It’s dependent on what you want to do in your application.

For example, say you want to train K1 to recognize individuals using neural networks, I may check out this library http://sourceforge.net/projects/gpumlib/?source=directory
