Jetson TK1 MIPI D-PHY Calibration CSI failed/timeout?

When we are developing camera driver with 1-lane configurations, CSI_A_CLK_P/N and CSI_A_D1_P/N, under linux-l4t-meerkat-l4t-r21-4 version linux kernel, an issue was raised:

log:
[ 566.730116] tegra-vi2 vi.0: clk status, val:0x00000000
[ 566.735366] tegra-vi2 vi.0: Calibration of input A timed out!

it looks like the Calibration of MIPI D-PHY for CSI failed/timeout, can you please tell me any possible reasons for this issue?

in case of this 1-lane configurations, how should i config MIPI D-PHY Calibration register? and can you help to describe the mechanism of the calibration of MIPI D-PHY CSI ?

thank you very much.

sorry, the log is not complete, here is the correct one:

[ 566.735366] tegra-vi2 vi.0: Calibration of input A timed out!
[ 566.741287] video4linux video0: Failed to calibrate input

issue was fixed, thanks
