Jetson TX1 refuses to power on.

I’ve had my Jetson for a few months now, and it stopped powering on yesterday and still won’t power on today. The last thing I did before it crashed was use Chromium Browser, so I wasn’t doing anything crazy in the kernel or anything. That said I’ve been reading about the issue in the forum and can’t find a good solution.

I plug in the power supply the Jetson came with, and the blue light on it illuminates. Then, I plug it into the Jetson, and press the power button but no LEDs come on around it. Instead, the CR5 and CR6 LEDs glow red.

So, what should I do?

Someone may have some ideas for testing, but it sounds like you may need to RMA. If so, RMA instructions are near the top of this:
