I’ve been using my Jetson Nano TX2 consistently without any issues, but I’ve recently encountered a problem. During a program reboot, the device suddenly got stuck in a boot loop, displaying the same screen repeatedly (screenshot attached). I’m unable to back up my data because the system won’t boot.
When I checked the SD card, only data files were present. Is there a way to back up the entire system files that are embedded in the device, or any method to resolve this issue without resorting to a factory reset?
i did use the additionally the application program is custom-developed, not commercially available. After a normal shutdown, I encountered the following issue upon reboot. and i tryed the reset and repower.
then even after multiple reboots, the first and second errors keep appearing repeatedly.
i don’t know the serial console, Could you please provide detailed instructions on how to do this?
Just to clarify. You are using a custom carrier board so we are not sure if the method we provide to you would work on your board. Please contact board vendor if below method cannot work.
