I’ve been using my Jetson Nano TX2 consistently without any issues, but I’ve recently encountered a problem. During a program reboot, the device suddenly got stuck in a boot loop, displaying the same screen repeatedly (screenshot attached). I’m unable to back up my data because the system won’t boot.

When I checked the SD card, only data files were present. Is there a way to back up the entire system files that are embedded in the device, or any method to resolve this issue without resorting to a factory reset?

Thank you in advance for you

Nano or TX2?
Devkit ot with custom carrier board?

Jetson TX2!

Is that a custom or devkit board?

What did you run before getting this boot issue?
Does the reset/power cycle helps in your case?

It seems you connecting a display on your board.
Could you try removing it and use serial console to check if you can boot up successfully?

Just to clarify. You are using a custom carrier board so we are not sure if the method we provide to you would work on your board. Please contact board vendor if below method cannot work.

how to dump serial console log:

thank you, for your answer.
But, Is there any other way to solve it if I don’t have a serial console?

Just to clarify this again.

You are using a custom board which is not what NVIDIA can directly support.

Contact the board vendor for how to flash and use it.
