Jetson Tx2 Can't recognize Lidar Lite V3

Hello, Developers. Nice to see you.

I tried to mount Lidar Lite V3 on Jetson TX 2 board.

I can not find guides about this problem.

So I got help from this link.

This link is about Installation Lidar Lite V2 on Jetson TK1.

But there is many similar things with my problem. So i could mount lidar on tx2.

Everything seemed to be going well.

As always, The REAL problem was happened at that moment.

Suddenly, my Jetson TX2 couldn’t recognize Lidar Lite V3.

$ sudo i2cdetect -y -r 1

When I commented this on the shell, result are as follows.

How can i recognize my Lidar?

Do you mean you can detect lidar on TX2 before and it suddenly can’t now? If so, you need to check the status of lidar to make sure it works well. And also you can probe the signal waveform of I2C to make sure it can generate correct signal to lidar.

I connect a new Lidar Lite v3, and it works!

I think the old one has some problems.
