Jetson TX2 + carrier board could flashed OS successfully ,but could not be startup

My jetson TX2 + carrier board has suffered an unexpected power outage,so the carrier board maybe wrong,but I don’t know where is the problem. This faulty carrier board could take the TX2 core module into recover mode , and flash the OS image normally. But when it turned power on , it could not startup (or boot) the core module. The CR1 and CR2 LED will lighting a short moment and turn off.

the TX2 core module is normal and works fine when plugged into another normal carrier board.
So I want to know what happened to this carrier board and how to fixing it or how to check it to find the problem?

我将一个完好的正常TX2模块安装到这个故障的载板上,也启动不起来。但是这个故障的载板能将任何一个核心模块进入恢复模式,并成功烧录OS镜像。
I take a good, normal TX2 module onto the failed carrier board and it would not boot. However, the failed carrier board can put aother core module into recovery mode and successfully burn the OS image

I can do some hardware check.but I don’t know where or which component and check-point need to be checked.can you tell me some suggestions?

Is that custom carrier board? You may need to check all IOs (UART especially) shared b/w module and carrier to make sure the pin status won’t be affected during power on.

carrier board is official board with tx2 core mudule.
