Jetson TX2 Dev Kit - Problem when accessing the SD card

I’m having problems when accessing an SD card on a new Jetson TX2 dev kit. The SD card is not recognized by any of the last 3 JetPack versions, and the serial console show logs containing:

I’ve tried different SD cards, some of which I know to be working on other Jetson TX2 dev kits.
Is this a hardware issue or is there something else I can try first?

I would suggest you could do more cross comparison if you have multiple devkits.

For example, move the working TX2 module to this defect carrier board and see if it can work or not.

Unfortunately due to shelter in place directives, I currently only have the one devkit available. Is there any other tests I can try?

Would it make sense to try and check continuity between the SD card socket and any other connector?

Are there any other options I could try?

If not I would like to RMA this Jetson.

Please file the RMA directly.
