Where can I found information about eMMC module installed in Jetson TX2? I want to know is it reliable enough to use eMMS as main partition for production purposes. So it’s good know at least cell types (MLC, eMLC, TLC).

Thanks. According to the document that you provide, this type is mid-range NAND probably based on MLC.
Do you know anything about average lifetime of that chip?
Most eMMC are MLC type, you need to confirm with vendor for that as it is not included in datasheet in general.
