Jetson TX2 HDMI Display Hardware Design Probelm

My current project need two HDMI output interfaces .From the Reference Design,we can see that the DP1 has been mapping to HDMI1 Interface. So my question is whether we can also map the DP0 to HDMI0?And the signal mapping is also the same with HDMI1?

thank you!

If DP0 Can Mapping To HDMI0 ,The Corresponding signal mappingjust showed below:
Pin N0 Pin Name Current Use(HDMI0 Function)
H36 DP0_TX3_P HDMI0_TXC_P
H35 DP0_TX3_N HDMI0_TXC_N

G37 DP0_TX2_P HDMI0_TX0_P
G36 DP0_TX2_N HDMI0_TX0_N

F38 DP0_TX1_P HDMI0_TX1_P
F37 DP0_TX1_N HDMI0_TX1_N

H39 DP0_TX0_P HDMI0_TX2_P
H38 DP0_TX0_N HDMI0_TX2_N

B35 DP0_AUX_CH HDMI0_DDC_SCL
B34 DP0_AUX_CH HDMI0_DDC_SDA

The Signal Mapping is right?thank you!

Yes, you can download pinmux sheet from download center to do mapping. And be careful to follow the HDMI design guide in OEM DG.

I have my own carrier where I mapped just the primary display to these pins. There is no other display.

I assumed that these were just probed when the kernel loaded.

So, for the new person to TX2, how do I put my primary display on these pins?

What’s the type of your primary display, dp or HDMI? On dev kit, DP0 is configured as eDP port and DP1 is configured as HDMI port. You can check the OEM DG and reference schematic of carrier board. If you want to change the pins setting, you can download the pinmux sheet and make change accordingly.
