I am facing some issue in eMMC resume while wakeup from suspend-to-mem.

I would like to know how the card is powered?
Is it directly powered by sdhci4 controller or
controller enables some regulator IC?

No, the design files of the module aren’t released or derivative.
The available for design – usage info of the Jetson module is conveyed in the module DS and OEM DG so it can be integrated into carriers, enclosures, and other platforms.
Please provide the details/logs for the resume issue you met, then can provide the suggestion on debugging.
