Jetson TX2 not booting up, possible short circuit (CR5, CR6 lights only light up on button press)

I have a Jetson TX2 development kit and the micro - USB has come off. The forum says that you can only solder it on your own back so I tried that, however, a small quantity of liquid fell on a microchip on the development board (U12 area of the development board, next to the camera module). Is it possible to replace it and if so would that work?

U12 is a 1.8V to 3.3V level shift of UART1_RTS/TXD lines of serial header, P/N is SN74LVC2T45, you can check that in schematic.
