Jetson TX2 - Reboots itself randomly

I am using “Jetson TX2” with “Connect Tech Orbitty Carrier” board. It is rebooting itself on random times. I have checked the system usage and temperature everything seems normal. Temperature is around 40 C and the board reboots itself even during the boot and when there is no application running.

When I type the following commands into the terminal

> cat /proc/device-tree/chosen/reset/pmc-reset-reason/reset-level
> cat /proc/device-tree/chosen/reset/pmc-reset-reason/reset-source
> cat /proc/device-tree/chosen/reset/pmic-reset-reason/reason
> cat /proc/device-tree/chosen/reset/pmic-reset-reason/register-value

I am receiving the following outputs in order:

So can it be a power supply problem? I am using a 48 V battery and 48 V to 12 V DC/DC converter to power Jetson TX2. It should be stable enough. What else can be the reason?

Thank you for your help in advance.

Is there a same problem when you power JTX2 with normal AC adapter? Is there UART log when system reboot happen?
