Jetson TX2 unable to get power-up

I just had a short circuit at the GPIO pins. They mistakenly touched a HDMI cable coming out of the monitor. Since then the jetson tx2 has not been able to power up. The CR5 led keeps on blinking when I connect to the power supply. I think some fuse might have gone off. Is there a way I can repair the board?
