I am Unable To Rewind While Recording with either of these elements, I can fast-forward with no problem.
Is rewinding while recording not possible, is there anyone who did it, and what is the problem here?

You may also try tegra_multimedia_api. It is low-level APIs and you can use them to implement the function.
