I am currently using CAN comms on the TX2 but want to try and use the built-in comms the TX2 has. I know that the board is WLAN capable and uses a 2x2 MIMO, but is it possible to send this WLAN signal directly from the antennas to a computer, without any middleman hardware?
Also, is it possible to have an ad hoc interface with the board to relay commands and data and such?
If either of these are possible, I would really appreciate some help with the implementation.

May I ask what is the “middleman hardware” here? Our bcm4354 does not ad-hoc mode. You can refer to L4T document-> SW feature for the wifi mode list.
