Hello,
We are running into an issue using Jetson AGX industrial and occasionally we run into an issue when the Jetson boots into a bash shell.
Jetson boots from internal 64GB eMMC; we are using Jetson Linux 35.5.0.
Mitigation: Reflashing the unit does fix the issue. However, we are looking at mass production. We are currently observing 1 in 5 Jetsons failing in this failure mode, this is concerning for mass production.
Log file of console output during bootup failure attached.
Also, i found a similar thread on the forum (But again re-flashing is not a solution for mass production):
Your system is stuck in recovery boot. This log does not provide any meaningful help.

L4TLauncher: Attempting Recovery Boot
When the system fails to boot into rootfs for consecutive 3 times, it will enter recovery boot. Thus, what you need to provide is the log previous to recovery boot.
If you don’t know what I am talking about, I can explain more.
Reflash your board and monitor your UART log. Check why your system cannot boot up previously but not share us the log when the system already stuck in recovery boot.
