Jetson Xavier AGX is not booting - blank screen

Hello!
I was working as usual with my Xavier AGX, and i wanted to add an .sh script to my startup applications. It’s turned out that now xavier is sending to me only blank screens. I was trying to reflash it by different Jetpacks but he still show me only a blank screen. The HDMI is connected by proper way.

Please, help. I didn’t do anything from hardware side.

Here is the output from host computer from Micro-usb.

Jetson UEFI firmware (version 2.1-32413640 built on 2023-01-24T23:12:27+00:00)

Are you sure this is full log?

Even the kernel is not able to load up if this is the true log.

It seems for me yes - this is full log. Which info i can provide also to debug? I also checked the pins of Short Circuit - nothing.

Is this a NV devkit? or it is a custom board? or you are not sure?

Looks like a custom board based on the log.

This is 100% Jetson AGX Xavier. It was working before.

No, you didn’t get the point… I know it is AGX Xavier. It does not matter to my question…

Could you please clarify? I am new to abbreviations. Thank you for your patience.

NVIDIA provides Xavier AGX developer kit which contains the Xavier AGX module and also the devkit “carrier board” (the baseboard).

We also sell the “module” only to vendors. And they may make their own carrier board, combine the module and carrier board and sell it as a product in whatever naming they want to provide. This kind of board is called custom board.

Most of tools provided by NV only support the devkit. We don’t support the custom board.
For example, OS from pure jetpack only supports the devkit carrier board.
If you use it on a custom board, the lucky case may be it works fine while the worst case could be it totally not works…

If this is a custom board, then you need to contact the board vendor for their custom BSP so that you can reflash it.

This this a NV devkit, not a custom board.

Sorry, are you asking me a question or you are answering the question…

I’m closing this topic due to there is no update from you for a period, assuming this issue was resolved.
If still need the support, please open a new topic. Thanks

Could you flash your board with jp4.6.3 and share me the log?
