Jetson Xavier NX not support with FLIR camera

Hi,

Recently I have been using Jetson Xavier NX with FLIR GigE camera and facing a issue which I try to connect camera in Spinview GUI then system hanged every time.
Also I’ve found the website that showed FLIR camera is incompatible with Xavier NX. I’m just wondering that has Nvidia actually tested FLIR camera in NX and didn’t work, if so, why didn’t it work?

could you please share the logs for reference,
had you contact with the camera vendor for confirmation?

I not sure if there has any logs or do you have any path for reference to get the log?

Also I’ve found some information officially from Nvidia that shows NX doesn’t support FLIR camera, that’s also I want to know has Nvidia test NX with FLIR machine vision camera before?

you may consider using AGX Xavier since Jetson AGX Xavier sharing the architecture with Xavier NX,
here’s a list of cameras supported by Jetson Camera Partners on the Jetson platform, it shows FLIR camera is supported with AGX Xavier series.
besides, please contact with the camera vendor for the detail information.
