Hardware :Jetson Xavier NX ,Jetpack Version:4.6, run reboot command can not reboot system, push reset buttom can reboot sytem.Thanks! debug urat output :
[ 45.208427] watchdog: watchdog0: watchdog did not stop!
[ 45.212062] systemd-shutdow: 45 output lines suppressed due to ratelimiting

Please upgrade to jp4.6.2 and test again.

Is this NX devkit? or custom carrier board?

This is custom carrier board。carrier board sch base on developer kit。carrier board mcu firmware version is “P2822_P3509_Power_Button_Firmware_v011”。

Could you move your module back to devkit and test the sudo reboot function?
