Job application submitted without resume attached - need help/instructions to fix

Hi,

I accidentally submitted an application without my resume properly uploaded - I kept getting alert with blank msg so I skipped uploading and completed the rest steps, and accidentally clicked submit in the end. Now I couldn’t find a way to update the application and attach the resume. Would appreciate any help or instructions to have the issue fixed.

Hi @zhenghon

It looks like Workday reported an issue with the attachment functionality early Saturday morning; it has since been resolved, you should be able to apply & attach now.

Thanks @TomNVIDIA . For submitted application (that went in without resume properly attached), though, how should I add the resume? I’ve searched around but couldn’t find a way to update submitted application. I couldn’t delete the existing application either. I was thinking to create another account and apply from there but would wait for your recommendation before deciding what to do.
