Usually this forum is reserved for developer questions and your issue seems more consumer related.
The Quadro range of cards is not really designed for gaming, much rather for professional graphics applications. Nevertheless, if your system does not boot up with it installed, it can have lots of reasons, which you can find in more general Hardware forums than here.
Power connection ok? Power delivery ok? PCIe seating ok?
Finally, this is a ten years old GPU, this can also be a HW fault.
