Kernal Panic On 580 when going on to sleep

I keep getting Kernel Panic when going into sleep on Ubuntu 26.04.

It is worth noting that I am using the standard kernel and the Surface Kennal with still the same issue.

Let me know if anyone has any ideas on how to fix the issue on a Surface Latop studio 2.
