Kernel boot up spends long time at "Received client request to flush runtime journal"

hello,
kernel 5.10.104 boot up spends almost 10 seconds at “systemd-journald[373]: Received client request to flush runtime journal.”

compare with kernel 5.10.209, the time is in 1 seconds

Is there a way to shorten this time at kernel-5.10.104?
