Hi community!
I have a Jetson AGX module with carrier board X221 from Auvidea. I need to use Intel Realsense d435i camera from GPU, there is instruction here how to install SDK to jetson devices. I tried all installation but in the kernel patch type installation our version is not compatible with (4.9.253 tegra) it, that’s why I am looking is there any patch that works and results with GPU usage?
Thanks!
(Note: I actually tried from jetsonhacks’ kernel patch but it didn’t work.)
Hi,
If you use Jetpack 4.6.2 or 4.6.3, should not need any patch and can run the cameras directly through realsense viewer. Not sure if vendor has software support to the version. Could you check with the vendor?
Hi @tugbakara,
There’s no need for the patch, at most you’ll get a warring for realsense-ros warpper if you use that.
Anyway the tutorial Realsense D435i Installation for ROS Noetic on Ubuntu 18.04 should still apply to Jetson AGX with any jetpack installed, since everything is done by compiling the source.
