L53 in AGX Orin Industrial need to be supplied 3.3V?

Hi

We’re the manufacture of AGX Orin carrier board, we design our carrier according to AGX Orin, but according to the latest NVIDIA announcement, L53 in AGX Orin Industrial need to be supplied 3.3V
In our current design, our board does not supply 3.3V to L53, will it bring any impact, like unable to boot up or system instability to our carrier board? or we can directly use JAOi to our carrier board?

Hi, as said in DG, the 3.3V to L53 is must for Orin Industrial: “JAOi: Must be tied to 3.3V. See power sequencing for timing”. It is for safety part.

So what if the circuit design in our carrier board does not supply 3.3V to L53, does it bring any impact to JAOi?

That’s not supported. The 3.3V is MUST for JAOi.
