Hi,
I’m enrolled in the “Getting Started with Accelerated Computing in Modern CUDA C++” course, which I paid $90 for. I was never informed that the course had limited lab time or that simply keeping the lab open for reading would count toward usage.
Now I’m seeing the error:
Error – Usage Limit: You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment.
This is extremely frustrating, as I still need to complete the course for my graduate research and had no idea my access would be restricted in this way. Also, how can I access the reading material without launching the lab machine — why does reading count as lab time, and is there any way to access or download materials without consuming lab hours?
I kindly request that you please extend or restore my lab time so I can finish the course. I believe paid course materials should remain accessible for a reasonable duration, especially for academic use.
I’d really appreciate your help in resolving this quickly.
