Lane detection - CAN data output

Hi,
I successfully used the sample_lane_detection script to identify road lanes with three cameras at the same time.
The output data are also sent to the Linux (Concurrent) machine via the Eternet (UDP) connection easily.

Now, I would like to send this data to a custom ECU with a Can module, but unfortunately I can not find an easy solution. Does anyone know a method?
