Latest Win Vista 32 driver not recognizing hardware

I have a Dell Latitude D830 with the Quatro NVS 135M hardware. The old NVIDIA drivers work fine, but when I try to install the latest WIN Vista 32 driver, the isntallation states that there is no compatible hardware.

Any ideas?
